All data is securely stored in our database hosted by Supabase with industry-standard encryption.

Payment Information

We use Paddle as our payment processor for all subscription transactions. We do not store or have access to your credit card information or payment details.

All payment information is collected, processed, and stored directly by Paddle in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We only receive confirmation of successful payments and subscription status updates from Paddle.

Security

We use Supabase's security measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage and controlled access. All data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections.

Despite these measures, no system can guarantee 100% security. We encourage you to protect your own access credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

Data Retention

We retain your data according to the following policies:

  • Active Accounts: Your task and project data is retained as long as your account is active
  • Cancelled Subscriptions: Upon subscription cancellation, your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period, then is retained for 30 days before deletion
  • Account Deletion: If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days
  • Subscription Records: Transaction records and subscription history are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access: Request a copy of all data we have about you
  • Correction: Update or correct any inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export: Download your task and project data at any time
  • Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications (if applicable)
